The villa sleeps six guests comfortably.
The rates are for up to six guests (+ baby) only.
We can supply a cot free of charge on request.
Weekly rates include mid week change of towels plus pool service and villa heating in winter/air conditioning in summer.
There is an optional additional charge of €35 per day for pool heating should this be required, plus €35 per extra day for any pre–heating needed – please check at time of booking.
Minimum booking is 7 nights.
Changeover day: Saturday Jun-Sept but please check with us as we will try to meet your requirements.
Arrival and Departure: Check in 4pm and check out 10am.
A non-refundable deposit of €500 to be paid upon confirmation of booking.
Payment in full required 12 weeks before departure.
