Swimming Pool
The private swimming pool is a good size and is maintained in excellent condition, has sun all day and an underwater light for evening swims.
The pool heater is in use during the warmer months only. The pool area can be closed off by two garden side gates.

Sitting Room
The sitting room has a (wood burning) fireplace, Sky+TV and large patio windows. These open on to a covered verandah with
an outside dining area overlooking the patio and the rear garden. Click photos to enlarge
Bedrooms
The villa sleeps six guests comfortably in three twin air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite Villeroy & Bosch bathroom,
bath/shower, WC, basin, bidet. The second bathroom also has a VB bath/shower, WC, basin and bidet and is shared
by the two other bedrooms. All bedrooms have french windows leading onto a patio.
The master bedroom has a lovely view over the pool/garden area and the other two bedrooms lead onto the
mature and colourful garden at the rear. We can supply a cot free of charge on request.

Dining Room
The hexagonal dining room has a view of the garden.

Garden
The villa has a private and well maintained garden. The outside BBQ is gas fired and gas bottles are supplied.
The barbeque area has a large granite table and seating which overlooks the pool and garden.
The gardener visits 2-3 times per week and sets the automatic sprinkler system to operate during the night.
There is a pool room with WC/basin.

Kitchen
A fully fitted modern kitchen/utility room is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, fridge freezer,
oven, toaster, kettle, etc.
